Refund Policy

Hope all are doing well.
We would like to inform you that MilkywayOnline is a platform for end customers, resellers and business bulk buyers. we are only working on premium quality products and guaranteed articles.

We are only accepting returns in 2 cases :
1. If you receive any defective or damage products : Solution – kindly update us within the same day you receive the parcel and we will be going to schedule the pickup from your place and will dispatch the correct one within 2 working days.
2. If we provide you wrong product or wrong size : Solution – kindly update us within the same day you receive the parcel and we will be going to schedule the pickup from your place and will dispatch the correct one within 2 working days.
3. If you wish to return it then you need to pay the shipping costs of pickup costs of Rs.140 from your place and shipping of Rs.140 will also be charged from you again for sending the new product.

Note : We are doing the quality checking thrice for a particular product so that you don’t get a chance to think for returning it.
